Sizing & fit

How do your shirts fit?: Trim but not slim-fit. If you're between sizes and like a little room, size up — our shirts are cut with a straight body and a split back yoke, so the larger size won't look boxy on you.
How do your pants fit?: Pants are labelled by waist in inches and run true to a measured waist, not a vanity size. Measure a pair you already own across the top of the waistband and double it before ordering.
Is my size consistent across products?: Yes. Every style is drafted from one fit block, so once you know your Yilda size in the oxford, the flannel and polo will land the same way.
Can I get a longer inseam?: We keep an unhemmed 36" inseam on most pant styles. Email Support@yildadigital.com with your order and we'll set it aside for you at no extra cost.

How do I place an order?: Add what you want to your cart, then send it to us by email or phone from the cart page. We reply within one business day with a secure payment link and a shipping date.
Why isn't there an instant checkout?: We take orders personally so we can double-check your size before anything ships. It costs you a day and saves a lot of returns.
How fast do orders ship?: In-stock orders leave Millheim within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship outside the United States?: Not yet as a standard option. Write to us and we'll quote international shipping case by case.

What's your return window?: 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?: Yes — tell us the size you want when you request the return and we'll hold it for you while your parcel is in transit.
How should I wash everything?: Cold wash, low tumble dry for cotton. Line dry linen. Wash selvedge denim rarely, cold and inside out. Every product page lists exact care instructions.
Do you restock sold-out styles?: Always. We restock rather than retire, so a style that's out today will come back in the same cut and cloth.
