This website is operated by Yilda Digital, owned by Kaitlynn Marie Sanchez, 107 E Main St, Millheim, PA 16854, United States. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Yilda Digital. "You" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

We describe fabric weight, composition, fit and care as accurately as we can. Photography is taken in natural light and colours may appear slightly different on your screen. Slight variation in weave, shade and fade is a normal characteristic of natural fibres such as linen, cotton and raw indigo denim and is not a defect.

All products are subject to availability. Because we restock rather than run seasons, a sold-out item will usually return, but we cannot guarantee a date.

This site does not process payment. Adding items to your cart is not an order. When you send your cart to us by email or telephone, that is an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing and issue a payment link. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example if an item sells out or an obvious pricing error occurred — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which is calculated when we confirm your order. Pennsylvania does not tax most everyday wearing apparel; other jurisdictions may. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Payment is taken through a third-party payment processor using the secure link we send you. Orders are not dispatched until payment clears. We never ask for card details by email, text message or over the phone.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these terms.

You may browse this site and place orders for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, resell or republish our content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with the operation of the site; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

All content on this site — including the Yilda Digital name and logo, product photography, product descriptions, page copy and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without our written permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yilda Digital and Kaitlynn Marie Sanchez against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Centre County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
