1. Who we are
Yilda Digital is a men's clothing retailer owned and operated by Kaitlynn Marie Sanchez, located at 107 E Main St, Millheim, PA 16854, United States. For any privacy question, contact us at Support@yildadigital.com or 835-241-4554. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email or call us to place an order or ask a question, we receive your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing address, the items and sizes you want, and anything else you choose to write to us.
Information stored in your browser. Our website is a static site with no customer accounts and no database. Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser using local storage. It never leaves your device unless you choose to send it to us.
Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your request. These logs are used for security and reliability.
Payment information. We do not take card numbers on this website. When you confirm an order we send you a secure payment link handled by a third-party payment processor. Your full card details are processed by them and are never stored by us.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries, sizing questions and order requests
- To process, pack and ship the orders you place
- To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty questions
- To keep records required for tax and accounting purposes
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our website
- To send you order updates you have asked for
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Legal bases and marketing
We process your information because it is necessary to perform the contract you enter into when you order from us, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business, or because the law requires us to keep certain records. We only send marketing email if you have explicitly asked to receive it, and every such message includes an unsubscribe link.
5. Who we share information with
We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us operate: shipping carriers who deliver your order, our payment processor who collects payment, our email provider, and our website host. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a lawful government request.
6. How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to satisfy United States tax and accounting requirements. General correspondence is kept for up to three years. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider. Cart data in your browser stays until you clear it or clear your browser storage.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
To exercise any right, email Support@yildadigital.com. We will respond within 45 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
8. Children
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Our site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to customer correspondence to people who need it to fulfil your order. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
